Database Lookups & Custom Integrations
Your phone system can connect directly to your own business database — not just a standard CRM — to look up caller information in real time and display it the moment a call comes in.

Why would a business need this instead of a normal CRM integration?
Not every business runs its customer or member data through a commercial CRM. Some run custom-built internal databases — an order-management system, a membership database, a case-management tool. A direct database connection lets you get the same instant caller-recognition benefit without switching to different software.
What database types are supported?
Common business database platforms are supported, including Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL — covering the vast majority of custom-built internal systems.
What actually happens on an incoming call?
The system checks the caller’s number against your database in real time and, if there’s a match, surfaces the relevant record on the answering employee’s screen — the same instant-recognition experience you’d get from a CRM integration, built against data you already maintain.
Does this require ongoing IT involvement?
Initial setup requires someone with access to your database schema (ours or your own IT team) to map how records should match to callers. Once configured, lookups happen automatically with no day-to-day maintenance.
What if we need something more custom than a simple lookup?
The Open API & Webhooks allow a broader range of custom logic and connections — not just looking data up, but triggering actions in other systems based on call activity.
