Real-Time Agent & Queue Dashboard
A single live dashboard shows every agent’s status, every queue’s depth, and current call activity across your whole team — updated continuously, not on a delay — so a supervisor never has to guess what’s happening right now.

What does this actually let a supervisor do that they couldn’t before?
It replaces walking the floor or calling around to check on things. A supervisor can spot a queue backing up, an agent stuck on a long call, or a team that’s suddenly short-staffed — and act on it immediately, whether that means jumping in themselves or reassigning coverage.
What information does the dashboard show?
Typically: each agent’s live status (available, on a call, paused), which queue each active call is in, how many calls are waiting, and how long they’ve been waiting — the same underlying data that powers agent presence and wait-time announcements, rolled up into one supervisor view.
Can a supervisor take action directly from the dashboard?
Yes — many actions, like manually reassigning a stuck call or starting to monitor a live conversation, are available with a click directly from this view, rather than needing to switch tools.
How is this different from a wallboard?
A wallboard is typically a larger, simplified display meant to be visible to the whole team (on an office screen, for example), showing key metrics at a glance. The supervisor dashboard is a more detailed, interactive tool for a manager actively working the floor. See Real-Time Wallboards for that team-facing version.
Does this require a dedicated monitor or screen?
No — it’s accessible from any browser a supervisor is logged into, though many businesses also display it on a shared screen for visibility.
