Outbound Campaign Wallboard
While a campaign is running, a live wallboard shows connect rate, abandon rate, calls completed, and outcome breakdowns as they happen — so you can see whether a campaign is working, or needs adjusting, without waiting for it to finish.

What can we actually see in real time?
How many calls have connected versus gone unanswered, the abandon rate (calls that disconnected before reaching anyone), disposition breakdowns (what agents are marking as the outcome), and how many contacts remain in the queue to be dialed.
Why does this matter while the campaign is still running?
If connect rates are lower than expected, or a large share of calls are landing on voicemail, you can adjust the campaign — pace, calling hours, contact list — mid-run instead of only learning about a poor result after it’s already over.
Is this the same as the standard call center wallboard?
It’s built on the same concept as the Real-Time Wallboard used for inbound queues, but focused specifically on outbound campaign metrics — dial results and connect rates rather than incoming call wait times.
Can supervisors act on what they see here, or is it view-only?
Supervisors can use what the wallboard shows to make live decisions — pausing a campaign, reassigning agents, or adjusting settings through Campaign Management & Scheduling — without needing to wait for the campaign to end first.
Does this work the same for all dialer types?
Yes — whether the campaign is running a progressive, power, or agentless dialer, the wallboard reflects that campaign’s live results in the same format.
