24/7 Infrastructure Monitoring

24/7 infrastructure monitoring keeps watch over your phone system’s health — server status, network connectivity, call quality. It runs continuously, with automatic alerts the moment something looks wrong. You never have to notice a problem yourself — we address and resolve it first.

01

What kinds of issues does 24/7 infrastructure monitoring catch?

Monitoring watches for things like a server becoming unresponsive, a connection dropping, unusual call failure rates, or resource usage climbing toward a limit — the kinds of early warning signs that, left unnoticed, turn into a full outage.

02

Do I find out about problems, or just your team?

Both. Depending on severity, alerts notify our team to investigate. Where relevant, we notify you directly too, so you’re never caught off guard by an issue with your own phone system.

03

Does monitoring slow anything down or use up my bandwidth?

No. Monitoring runs in the background as lightweight health checks and doesn’t add any noticeable load to your network’s bandwidth (see Glossary) or affect call quality.

04

How is this different from just waiting for a failure and reacting to it?

Reactive support means you only find out something’s wrong when a customer can’t reach you or an employee reports a dead line. Proactive monitoring catches the warning signs before that happens. It often resolves or mitigates an issue before your team ever notices.

05

Is this included, or a separate add-on?

Ongoing infrastructure monitoring is part of how we manage your deployed system day to day. It’s the operational backbone behind features like High Availability & Hot Standby actually working when they’re needed.
