Helpdesk Integrations
Your phone system connects directly to your helpdesk/ticketing platform, so an incoming support call can automatically create or update a ticket, show the caller’s history, and log the call — without your support team touching a keyboard mid-call.

What does this actually save my support team?
The manual busywork around every call: looking up who’s calling, opening a ticket, and writing up what happened afterward. A caller’s ticket history and contact record appear automatically the moment the call connects (a screen pop), and the call itself gets logged to the right ticket when it ends, called call journaling.
What happens when an unknown number calls in?
If the caller’s number doesn’t match an existing contact, a new contact and a new ticket can be created automatically, so first-time callers are captured correctly instead of falling outside your tracking.
Can support staff call customers directly from a ticket?
Yes — click-to-call lets a support agent dial a customer straight from their ticket or contact record with one click, instead of switching to a phone or dialing manually.
Does this work with the helpdesk platform we already use?
Support is available for common helpdesk and ticketing platforms out of the box. If your platform isn’t on the standard list, the Open API & Webhooks allow a custom connection to be built for virtually any system that exchanges data over the internet.
Is this different from a CRM integration?
They’re closely related and often used together — a CRM tracks sales and customer relationships, while a helpdesk tracks support tickets and issues. See CRM Integrations if your business also needs the sales side connected.
