Do employees need to learn a new app?

No — that’s the point. Calling, voicemail, and contacts show up inside the Teams interface your team already has open all day. There’s nothing new to install and nothing separate to check.

Does this replace Microsoft Teams, or work alongside it?

It works alongside it. Teams still handles chat, meetings, and file collaboration exactly as it does today; this integration adds real outside-line calling capability on top, using your business’s own phone numbers instead of relying on a separate calling plan.

Can incoming calls show customer information automatically?

Yes — an incoming call can trigger a pop-up with the caller’s information pulled from your CRM or directory, and outbound calls can be logged automatically to the right contact record. See CRM Integrations for how that connection works.

Does it work with Outlook and the rest of Microsoft 365 too?

Yes — click-to-call from a contact in Outlook, incoming-call pop-ups while you’re working in your inbox, and automatic call logging to contact notes are all supported, so calling fits into the Microsoft 365 workflow your team already uses.

What about employee logins — does this tie into our existing Microsoft accounts?
