CRM Integrations
Your phone system connects directly to your CRM (Customer Relationship Management software — the system that tracks your customer contacts, deals, and support history — see Glossary). Every call automatically shows the right customer record and logs itself, with no one typing notes by hand.

Which CRM platforms does this work with?
We offer pre-built connections for the CRM platforms most businesses already run — including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho — plus a general-purpose connector for other REST-API-based systems your business may use. If you’re not sure your CRM is covered, ask us directly. We can connect most modern, cloud-based CRMs.
What actually happens when a call comes in?
The moment a call arrives, the caller’s CRM record pops up automatically on the agent’s or employee’s screen — no searching, no asking the customer to repeat their account number. If the number doesn’t match an existing contact, the system can create a new contact record automatically, so a lead never falls through the cracks.
Does it save time on data entry?
Yes — that’s the main business case. We log call duration, timestamp, and outcome to the CRM record automatically — a process called call journaling. That frees staff to spend that time serving the next customer instead of typing up notes after every call. You also get click-to-call: dial straight out of a CRM contact record with one click, instead of manually dialing.
Do I need IT help to set this up?
You configure most of the major CRM integrations through guided setup in the admin portal: connect your account, map a few fields, and it’s live. More unusual CRMs or custom fields may need a short one-time setup session, which we handle as part of onboarding.
What if we use a CRM that isn’t on the pre-built list?
The Open API & Webhooks let a developer (ours or yours) build a custom connection to virtually any CRM or internal system that can send and receive data over the internet.
