Call Disposition & Wrap-Up Notes
Call disposition (a short label an agent applies right after a call ends, like “Resolved” or “Follow-Up Required” — see Glossary) plus a quick note lets you know the outcome of every call at a glance — without listening to a single recording.

Why does this matter more than just tracking call volume?
Knowing how many calls came in tells you nothing about whether you actually helped customers. Disposition data tells you outcomes: how many calls you resolved, how many need follow-up, how many became sales opportunities. That turns raw call volume into information you can actually act on.
Does this slow agents down after every call?
It’s built to be fast — typically a dropdown selection plus a short free-text note, taking seconds rather than minutes. You can customize the disposition options to match categories that matter to your business, so agents aren’t hunting through irrelevant choices.
What can I do with this data afterward?
Disposition data feeds directly into reporting — you can see resolution rates, common call reasons, and follow-up backlogs at a glance. See Historical & Scheduled Reports for how this rolls up into team-wide reporting.
Can disposition tags trigger any automatic follow-up actions?
Depending on how it’s configured, certain dispositions (like “Follow-Up Required”) can flag a call for callback scheduling or route it into a task list. That way, nothing marked as needing attention gets forgotten.
Is this the same thing as a quality score?
No. Disposition and notes capture what happened; quality scoring evaluates how well the agent handled it. See QA Scoring & Coaching Notes for the separate quality-review process.
