Do-Not-Call List Management
A DNC (Do Not Call) list (see Glossary: DNC) blocks your outbound campaigns from dialing certain phone numbers, whether by law, regulation, or a customer’s own request. The system checks every number against your DNC list automatically, before it ever dials. That way, compliance doesn’t depend on an agent remembering to check.

How does a number actually end up on the list?
Numbers get added automatically when a contact requests removal during a call. You can also import them in bulk from an existing compliance list or a national do-not-call registry your business must honor.
Does this apply to every type of outbound campaign?
Yes — whether a campaign uses a progressive dialer, power dialer, or agentless dialer, every dial is checked against the DNC list first, with no exceptions or manual override needed.
What happens if a customer asks you to add them to the list mid-call?
An agent can mark that request right on the call. We add the number to the DNC list immediately, and no future campaign will call it again.
Why does this matter beyond just staying out of legal trouble?
Respecting do-not-call requests protects your business’s reputation and customer relationships. Nothing damages trust faster than a customer getting called again after explicitly asking not to be. Automatic enforcement removes the risk of that happening by accident.
Can we see a record of who’s on the list and why?
Yes. We maintain the list and keep it auditable, so you can see which numbers are restricted and confirm your campaigns respect them. That’s useful both for your own oversight and for demonstrating compliance if ever asked.
