Scheduled Paging
Scheduled paging lets you set a recorded announcement to play automatically at a specific time — once, or on a recurring daily/weekly schedule — with no one needing to be present to trigger it live.

What’s a typical use for a scheduled announcement?
A recurring shift-change reminder on a warehouse floor, an opening or closing announcement at a retail location, a school bell-equivalent between periods, or a recurring safety reminder — anything that needs to happen reliably at the same time, every time, without depending on a person remembering.
Can I schedule different announcements for different zones?
Yes — scheduled paging works together with Multicast & Zone Paging, so a morning announcement for the warehouse and a separate one for the front office can each run on their own independent schedule.
What happens if I need to change or cancel a scheduled announcement?
You can edit, pause, or delete a scheduled page at any time through the admin portal — nothing is locked in once it’s set, and changes take effect immediately.
Does this require a live person to record the message each time it plays?
No — the message is recorded once and stored, then replayed automatically according to the schedule. You only need to re-record it if the content itself needs to change.
Is this built on the same technology as regular one-way paging?
Yes — scheduled paging is one-way paging with a timer attached, rather than a separate system.
