Multi-Brand Greetings
If your business operates more than one brand, division, or storefront name, each one can have its own DID (a phone number that rings straight into your system — see Glossary), its own greeting, its own hours, and its own menu — all running on the same underlying phone system without callers ever knowing it’s shared.

How does the system know which greeting to play for which caller?
Every published number is mapped to its own auto attendant configuration. A call to your “Brand A” number automatically plays the Brand A greeting and routes through the Brand A menu; a call to “Brand B” plays an entirely separate greeting and menu — the system distinguishes them by which number was dialed, not by anything the caller does.
Do the brands need separate staff, or can the same people answer for all of them?
Either works. You can route different brands to entirely separate teams, or have the same staff field calls for multiple brands — when an agent’s screen shows which brand a call came in on, they can answer consistently with the right brand name even if it’s the same desk phone.
Can each brand have its own hours and holiday schedule?
Yes, independently. See Business Hours vs. After-Hours Menus and Holiday & Exception Schedules — both apply per brand, not just system-wide.
Does this cost extra per brand, or is it one flat system?
It’s configuration, not separate infrastructure — additional brands are additional DIDs and menu configurations on your existing system, not separate phone systems to buy and maintain.
Can a brand also have its own language?
Yes — combine this with Bilingual & Multi-Language Prompts so, for example, a French-market brand greets callers only in French while an English-market brand greets in English, with no crossover.
