Visual Call Flow Designer

The call flow designer is a drag-and-drop visual builder for designing exactly how a call moves through your system — menu, department, ring group, voicemail, and everything in between — without writing any code or needing a technical background.

01

What can I actually build with it?

Anything from a simple “ring the office, then voicemail” flow to a fully branched experience: different menus for different times of day, language selection, department routing, conditional logic based on the caller’s number, and hand-offs into a call queue — all laid out visually as connected blocks you can see and follow at a glance.

02

Do I need a developer or IT consultant to make changes?

No — that’s the point. A manager or office administrator can open the designer, drag in a new step, and reconnect the flow themselves. Routing changes that used to require a support ticket can be made in minutes.

03

Can I reuse a call flow across multiple numbers or departments?

Yes — flows can be saved as reusable templates, so once you’ve built a solid structure for one department, you can duplicate and adapt it for another rather than starting from scratch each time.

04

How does this relate to time-of-day or conditional routing?

The call flow designer is the visual canvas where those rules actually live — see Conditional & Time-of-Day Routing and Multi-Level / Nested IVR Menus for the specific routing capabilities you can wire together inside it.

05

Can I test a call flow before it goes live?

Yes — you can preview and test a flow within the admin portal before publishing it, so you can confirm callers will experience exactly what you intended before it affects real customers.
