Developer docs are being finalized.

Full API references for our AI Front-Desk function-calling endpoints, Knowledge Vault search API, and CRM/M365 connectors are rolling out to existing AI Solutions clients. If you’re implementing a custom integration, our team can share early access. See also Open API & Webhooks and SDKs for Custom Calling Apps.

What This API Documentation Will Cover

Once published, our full API documentation will walk through three surfaces: the AI Front-Desk function-calling endpoints that let your systems trigger and respond to calls, the Knowledge Vault search API for pulling answers out of your own call history, and the CRM/M365 connectors that keep contact records in sync automatically.

We’re building this API documentation around standard, predictable patterns rather than a proprietary format — authenticated REST endpoints, JSON payloads, and webhook callbacks that follow the same conventions described in the OpenAPI Specification. If you’ve integrated with a modern REST API before, none of this should feel unfamiliar.

In the meantime, our Open API & Webhooks and SDKs for Custom Calling Apps pages above cover what’s already available today. If your integration can’t wait for the full docs to publish, tell us what you’re building and we’ll usually get you working endpoint access sooner than the public release. That early-access path has covered most requests so far, so it’s worth asking before assuming you have to wait. It’s usually faster than it sounds, since most of the endpoints already exist internally and just need the right access grant turned on for your account.
