Pricing

Pricing Built Around Your Business, Not a Seat-Count Chart

We build UCSTAK for organizations running 50 to 250+ seats. The right system depends on your integrations, deployment model, and how your team actually works, not a generic per-user rate.

Why You Won’t Find a Price List Here

A generic per-seat rate card works fine for a five-person office comparing consumer VoIP plans. It doesn’t work for an organization running 50, 150, or 250+ seats, with its own integrations, compliance requirements, and call-flow complexity — a flat number would either overprice what you don’t need or underprice what you do. So instead of a chart, we start with a conversation, scope exactly what your business needs, and quote it accordingly.

Who This Is For

We build UCSTAK for organizations that have outgrown a simple per-seat phone plan — not a starter package for a five-person office.

50 to 250+ seats, on a single site or spread across multiple locations

Real integration requirements — CRM, Microsoft 365, or custom APIs

Compliance or data-residency requirements a generic cloud tool won’t satisfy

Call volume and complexity where “just answer the phone” isn’t enough

What Determines What You Pay

There’s no single per-seat number that fairly prices every deployment we build. A few things shape what you pay:

  • Seat count and mix — everyday users vs. power users who need deeper app, CRM, and call-flow access
  • AI capability scope — from a straightforward front-desk receptionist to full omnichannel search, BI, and custom function-calling
  • Deployment model — shared, logically isolated Canadian infrastructure, or a fully dedicated environment for stricter compliance needs
  • Integration depth — how deeply we connect to your CRM, Microsoft 365, or internal systems
  • Support tier — a designated internal IT contact, or a fully managed helpdesk for every end user
  • Term length — longer commitments come with better economics, shorter ones with more flexibility

Two Ways to Deploy

Every AI and voice workload we run, shared or dedicated, stays on Canadian soil. Most organizations run on our shared, logically isolated infrastructure, which already exceeds most compliance requirements. If yours needs full physical isolation, that’s available as a dedicated deployment — scoped and quoted on its own.

How We Price It: A Workflow Assessment First

We start by mapping how your calls actually move today, where congestion happens, where volume spikes, and what a properly-routed system looks like for your team specifically.

This is a paid engagement, scoped to your business, and we credit it in full toward your contract when you sign on for a longer-term agreement.
