Consulting & Implementation

We Don’t Guess. We Map.

It starts with a workflow audit: before we touch a single phone number, we document exactly how your business communicates, so the system we build fits how you actually work.

The Discovery Audit

A focused, two-week engagement that turns guesswork into a blueprint. Compulsory before any implementation begins.

STEP 1

Call Path Documentation

We map every inbound and outbound call flow, department by department, exactly as it happens today.

STEP 2

API & Gap Analysis

We audit your CRM, M365 tenant and line-of-business tools to find where automation and AI can plug in.

STEP 3

Future State Blueprint

A concrete rollout plan: seat tiers, integrations, AI modules, timeline and investment, delivered in writing.

100% of your Discovery Audit fee applies directly to a 36-month contract implementation. If you move forward with UCSTAK, the audit essentially pays for itself.

Why We Require a Workflow Audit First

Most phone system vendors skip straight to a quote based on seat count. We’ve found that approach guesses wrong often enough to cause real problems after go-live — routing that doesn’t match how a department actually answers calls, or an integration nobody scoped properly. A workflow audit removes that guesswork before a contract exists.

The process borrows from standard business process mapping practice, adapted specifically to phone systems: document the current state, find the gaps, then design the future state around what we actually found instead of assumptions.

Because the fee applies in full to your eventual contract, a workflow audit only costs you something if you decide not to move forward — and even then, you keep the Future State Blueprint either way, along with a clear picture of where your current setup actually stands.
