Staff Training & Onboarding

Staff training and onboarding make or break a phone system rollout — it only pays off if people actually know how to use it. Every deployment comes with a block of billed training hours covering admin training for whoever will manage the system day to day, plus end-user onboarding so the rest of your team is comfortable on their first call — live sessions, recorded walkthroughs, and reference guides they can come back to whenever they need a refresher.

01

What does staff training and onboarding look like when we switch to your platform?

Every rollout is scoped with a block of training hours. That covers a live admin session on system management — adding users, changing call flows, pulling reports — plus a shorter end-user session on everyday features like transferring calls, checking voicemail, and using the mobile/softphone app. Both are recorded so anyone who misses the live session, or wants a refresher later, can watch it back.

02

Do you train just the administrators, or every employee?

Both, but differently. Administrators get deeper, hands-on training since they’re configuring the system. Everyday users get a shorter, task-focused walkthrough aimed at what they’ll actually touch — answering, transferring, and checking messages — not the admin-level configuration screens.

03

Is training live, or self-serve/recorded?

Both. We run live sessions around go-live so your team can ask questions in real time, and every session is recorded into short reference videos your team can rewatch anytime, without needing to schedule another call.

04

What if we hire new staff after go-live?

The recorded walkthroughs stay available indefinitely, so new hires can onboard themselves whenever they start — no need to wait for a scheduled group session. If a new employee needs hands-on help, your admin team (who received the deeper training) can usually walk them through it directly.

05

Do you provide training materials or documentation we can reuse internally?

Yes — quick-reference guides and recorded walkthroughs are yours to keep and share internally, so your team doesn’t have to reach out to us every time someone needs a refresher on a basic feature.

Get your team comfortable on day one, not week three.
